I’ve found the programme really useful (a wider Leadership Development Programme).  However, it is these coaching sessions with Julia that have made the biggest difference.

I’m finding the sessions (with Julia) really helpful.  I have never taken the time to look at myself in this level of detail and to have you help peel back the layers is invaluable.

The coaching has given me confidence to take on an interim senior role (director level) when a vacancy arose and develop a broad plan on how to deal with it. This has had benefits for the organisation but also for me personally, regardless of whether I do this long term or not.

I would recommend my coach to other colleagues. I found the coaching very insightful and relevant to help me understand my current work situation and development needs. In particular, the coaching helped me to recognise the interplay and influence of my personal life and my work life. I realised I couldn’t talk about one without dealing with the other too. My coach was adept at moving between personal and work, professional and private and helping me to create an understanding of both.

This was probably the very best of such processes I have ever experienced.  The feedback analysis from Julia was scarily accurate…insightful and helpful.  What it did was reinforce who I am and what I believe in and gave me some real pointers for my new role

The process itself gave food for thought and the unprejudiced feedback from an external assessor has given the process real ‘added value’ so I can only say a big thank you and I know where I will be looking if I need future (employees).
